Less than 2 in 10 applicants qualify to register with NurtureCare to become an in-home care provider. Before the process begins, the caregiver must have at least 2 years of experience working with older adults. After the caregiver fills out the registration form, the next step is to be screened by the Caregiver Recruiter. Once the Recruiter determines that the caregiver is qualified, certificates and licenses are verified, work references are thoroughly checked, and comprehensive background checks listed above are conducted. The final step is to have the owner of the company review and approve each registration packet to ensure the families are receiving referrals of only those caregivers who meet the highest standards in homecare.
Caregivers accepted for registration have many years of in-home care experience and are compassionate and professional. This professionalism helps to ensure that the client maintains their dignity and independence. You’ll have complete peace of mind knowing that a responsible, reliable, and qualified caregiver is caring for your loved one.
