Caregivers Referred by NurtureCare
Selecting and referring to clients the highest caliber caregivers in the marketplace is the hallmark of NurtureCare. We spend a significant amount of time ensuring the caregivers we refer are experienced and licensed, and have the actual hands on experience allowing them to work independently. To ensure safety and security, various background checks are conducted to give a clear and comprehensive picture of the caregiver we are referring to families. The background checks include the following: national criminal check, local court record search, credit check, motor vehicle check, social security check, and sexual offender check.
Less than 2 in 10 applicants qualify to register with NurtureCare. Before the process begins, the caregiver must have at least 2 years of experience working with older adults. After the caregiver fills out the registration form, the next step is to be screened by the Caregiver Recruiter. Once the Recruiter determines that the caregiver is qualified, certificates and licenses are verified, work references are thoroughly checked, and comprehensive background checks listed above are conducted. The final step is to have the owner of the company review and approve each registration packet to ensure the families are receiving referrals of only those caregivers who meet the highest standards in home care. Caregivers accepted for registration have many years of home care experience and are compassionate and professional. This professionalism helps to ensure that the client maintains their dignity and independence.
